- Smart Mobile Finance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors.
- SMF shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and User has been charged.
- The Customer will be bound by the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy on the website and shall not hold Smart Mobile Finance (“Company”) liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation and or return of the order.
- Customer shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, only before the Order has been delivered.
- The Customer can request for cancellation through our online help email only.
- The Customer needs to follow the process defined below for cancellation:
- Send an email to support@smartmobilefinance.com seeking for cancellation of the Products
- Mention in detail the reason for the cancellation request
- All approval of returns is subject to verification by the Company and the same are left to the sole discretion of the Company.
- In the event of cancellation/return of order for the reasons mentioned as per our Cancellation & Return policy, SMF shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid with in 10 working days.
- Partial cancellation is not permissible.

Payment Options
- Online Credit / Debit Card/ UPI Payments
Visa, Master and UPI payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.
- Internet Banking
You can also pay for your subscription through net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account.
- Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact us on accounts@smartmobilefinance.com
